Work with other internal and external resources to design, build, test, and produce world-class client-facing training programs.   • Collaborate with subject matter experts, clients, and Instructional Design team to establish a development schedule, manage changes and provide version control of documents and communications.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for clinical programs and non-clinical programs to discern content strategy that curates, develops, catalogs and refreshes the resources available to company’s services delivery teams.
  • Drive client education and engagement by developing strategies and content for various educational events that would support the same.
  • Establish a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals and identify the owners in each vertical.
  • Manage the instructional design, curriculum management, and operations, coordinating people, processes, and systems to maximum team’s performance.
  • Content creation, distribution, upkeep, retrieval, and reinvention, rethinking will reflect the development and integration of standards, systems and people and technology best practices and evidence the real-time implementation of content strategies.
  • Ensure content creation results in multiple formats, managing this necessity.  
  • Develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the resources that support a standpoint and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics and measurable success, leveraging market data.
  • Devise, communication, means and methods to drive a culture whereby all company members, vendors, and supports work to ensure all content is on-brand, reflecting consistency in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, tempo; and optimized for end-user experience for all channels of content including web, social media, email, point-of-purchase, video and mobile media, print and in-person.
  • Update all training and resources on an established, planned, and communicated cycle, adhering to same.
  • Deploy ongoing usability tests to discern content effectiveness. Establish means and methods to gather data analytics, analyze, and make recommendations based on outcomes. Revise and measure specific content partnering with content owners.
  • Actively lead online e-learning materials development, recording, editing, and formatting of audio and video training content.
  • Create and publish workstream for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and sunsetting content. Implement a content management system (CSM), collaborate and partner with the technical team.
  • Utilize and work closely with the internal design team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.
  • Make learning and education count, build CME/CEU programs to award credits. Discern and collaborate with the appropriate entity when possible.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective use of content vendor resources, managing relations.  
  • Manage within budget the cost of content development.
  • Complies with company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Demonstrates leadership and proactivity, to all efforts to achieve company and department goals.
  • Evidence checks and balances to review own work and reviews employees' work for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:   Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with the education and experience informing while not all inclusive the types of skills, knowledge, and abilities that would prepare the individual for the role. Demonstrated skills in training need analysis, program and curriculum development, and familiarity with training evaluation methods. Ability to work in a high-caseload, fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Sense of urgency and self-initiative to develop policies and procedures, evidencing organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time-sensitive deadlines required.
  • Internal/external client management skills; experience with building effective relationships, credibility and rapport with business partners and leaders in a corporate setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in the application of organization development theories and practices to address business challenges (i.e., change management, performance management, culture change, etc.).
  • Demonstrated management of short and long-term projects with many stakeholders and multiple work streams.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Communications, Education or Healthcare related field is preferred; or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in lieu of degree.  Master's degree desired (MPH, MHA, MBA).
  • ATD, ATS, or similar certification preferred.
  • 3-8 years of related experience required in instructional design for adult learners, implementation and development to launch as a marketable business solution for corporate audience or equivalent.
  • 3-8 years of experience in healthcare, with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with population health and practice transformation, with 1 year ideally in a provider practice, clinic; and health care redesign and practice transformation experienced.
  • Health care quality improvement and transformation evidencing experience and a passion for the possibilities.
  • 8-10 years of skilled project management experience.
  • Experience working with LMS (Relias or others), e-learning software (examples: Articulate 360, Articulate Presenter, Techsmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate); and content management systems.
  • Experience in development/maintenance of CME/CEU programs a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and educational software and systems.
Travel Requirements:  25% and maybe heavier during education event launch and product to market periods.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:  Will work through internal teams and vendors. No direct supervisory responsibilities. Functions as the company’s instructional design and education Subject Matter Expert.
