This position of Director of Program Operations is located in northern Cincinnati, it is a Call Center environment that handles Diabetic Insulin products for both the consumer(diabetic) and the manufacturer of the Diabetic Insulin Products. This position will oversee the entire team at the call center and the duties will include;
  • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are being met. Ensure associates have the tools, supplies, information and skills to do the job and objectives for productivity and services level are accomplished.
  • Manage training of staff 
  • Encourage and facilitate associate involvement in problem solving and setting of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in implementation of new systems and procedures
  • Develop full understanding of the clients program objectives
  • Grow existing client business 
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships
  • Oversee development of, and approve, client billing prior to invoicing
  • Monitor performance and progress of program operations department
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs and future trends
  • Track and report overall program results. Develop and report upon program/client specific quality assurance criteria/key performance indicator 
  • Other tasks and projects
Must present in a professional, ethical and responsible manner with customers, vendors and team members. Communicate effectively with clarity and transparency. Use critical and creative thinking to evaluate and solve work and customer issues.  Must be able to deal with a variety of emotions and frustration in making business decisions. Must have emotional stability and personal maturity.
Must be able to analyze complex information and react in a decisive manner under pressure.
Must have strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office standard applications
Required: Bachelors Degree with an MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in disciplines including marketing, sales, operations, communications, product management or strategic account management preferred.
