The Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategy
The Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategy continues to cultivate and evolve the Health System’s recruitment philosophy and process, as well as drive increased employment brand awareness to diverse top talent. You will facilitate appropriate placement of talent in the right positions which includes identifying, sourcing, developing and support of future leaders to influence and deliver effective onboarding resulting in increased retention.
The successful Director will work across functional teams, lead and inspire a growing team and act as the in-house expert for all recruitment needs. You will continue to promote the Health System’s designation as a certified Top 100 Best Place to Work.
Build and implement a highly collaborative recruiting function recognized as best in class both within and outside of the organization.
Develop an innovative strategy and execution plan for talent acquisition and employer branding that will enable Atlantic Health System to attract and retain diverse and engaged workforce.
Lead and develop a team of highly effective Talent Consultants located across sites who are responsible for recruiting team members the entire enterprise. Direct full life-cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
Create and manage relationships with leaders within the health system, community groups, agencies and universities.
Develop a strong leadership and functional talent pipeline focused on creating a
Trusted Network of Caring™
. Assess critical talent needs and effectively implement a strategy that attracts top tier talent.
Collaborate with the Talent Management team to design, and implement team member and management career paths, onboarding, retention, and development programs.
Engage in continuous process improvement, including evaluating and implementing appropriate recruiting systems, tools and processes. Demonstrate a track record of understanding recruitment technology to include – applicant tracking, social media and mobile tools.
Provide leadership for talent acquisition analytics to create and develop workforce solutions.
Work collaboratively with other members of the HR leadership team to plan for overarching workforce development priorities.
Partner with finance to understand key financial drivers of recruitment strategy.
Work with and instill a positive sense of urgency and collaborative approach.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Seven years of recent progressive recruitment leadership experience and management of recruiters across sites.
