POSITION TITLE: Director of Talent Development
POSITION LOCATION: Dallas, TX
Director, Talent Development is responsible for the organization’s overall talent development strategy - development, and delivery. This position is responsible for talent and leadership development from front-line supervisor through highest executive leadership. This position is responsible for all leadership academies, management development programs, including all current and future programming focused to develop our management levels throughout the company.
A graduate level degree is strongly preferred for this position (Org Development, Industrial Psych, MBA, or HR-related highly preferred). Position requires 7 years of relevant experience working to design, develop and deliver leadership development programs and strategies within a large multi-facility national company. A mixture of client-based leadership development experience, talent management and organization structure experience required. Individual must have experience working with all levels of an organization’s leadership levels to identify needs and then design programs for delivery to specific groups. Skills and experience in the following areas: Executive and leadership assessment, Executive Coaching, Strategic data collection and analytics/metrics also required. Must be an executive strategic partner, highly self-motivated, results and performance driven, strong collaborator with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
