We are seeking seven healthcare leaders to function in the role of Executive Director - Account Management/Population Health. Selected leaders will work closely with the C-suite executives of each Client to develop a long-term Population Health Strategy, identify and drive network expansion opportunities, and successfully manage each renewal process.
  1. The account executive will act in the role of a trusted advisor, almost as a member of each healthcare organization's C-Suite, to identify improvement opportunities, share pertinent data and information, and be responsive to their questions and needs in this hands-on consultative role.
  2. Drive and transform local and regional markets to improve quality, performance, efficiencies in partnership with quality, case management, utilization review, medical providers, and hospital leaders.
  3. Evidence strong business development and entrepreneurial-capabilities to expand networks and payor contracts.  
  4. Build, lead, and coalesce a talented team to achieve aggressive performance targets that drive clients' and the organization's quality, customer service, and growth strategies ensuring bonuses. 
  5. Achieve immediate recognition for past performance and future potential with authorized use and media evidencing a vice president title to ensure equal footing with client's C-suite executives.   

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability (KSA)
  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Business Administration, Health Care, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field from a 4-year accredited four-year school will be seriously considered. Master's strongly preferred.
  • Five or more years managed care experience in public health, community health, acute, rehab, SNF, behavioral health, medical home and health plan managed care, ACO, consulting, financial management, and network development environments are ideal, opening this winning opportunity to many dreamers across the country.
  • Entrepreneurial acumen in healthcare sales, business development; and a quality, process, performance improvement consultative and project management approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications to include Excel, Word, Smart Sheet, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM such as Salesforce or similar system would be great.
  • A true desire and realistic capability to travel up to 25% to lead your own team, meet with clients; plan, develop, and present content and resources; and conduct onsite client and corporate office meetings as well as attend governance committees and launch workshops.

  • Knowledge of utilization review/management, managed care, ACO, and/or population health
  • Some knowledge of case/care management processes including tools and techniques for identification, stratification, and management of process improvement projects
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Skills in developing and managing spreadsheets, projects, timelines, goals, and targets, etc. 
  • Ability to possess a valid State driver’s license/government travel ID is required. Must be compliant with State Motor Vehicle laws and must follow the policy that pertains to Driver’s License Requirements as a condition of employment
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  •  Ability to prioritize and coordinate different clients’ needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to function as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to lead, coalesce, and develop a team
