POSITION TITLE: Manager of Benefits
POSITION LOCATION: Warner Robins, GA
Manages the daily operation of the Benefits team, vendor relationship, and benefit programs of the health system. Participates heavily in the design, implementation, communication, measurement and revision, administration, staff supervision and management of all Health, Welfare, and Retirement plans. Assists in the evaluation of benefit plans of acquisition candidates, participates in the integration strategy, including communication to employees of the newly acquired entities. Stays abreast of emerging trends and best practices for Employee Benefits plan design and communication techniques while performing other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Administration degree a plus.
Experience: Minimum of three to five years employee benefits management experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Certification/License/Registration: Professional Certifications in Benefits, Human Resources preferred.
