Forward-thinking, patient centered and award-winning health system with a values-based culture is looking for a Senior Director Revenue Cycle, one who is passionate, has high energy, and brings solutions. Top-tier and preferred candidates will be well-experienced working in a multi-specialty hospital, with ability to interpret Revenue Cycle key performance metrics and create timely action plans for continuous process improvement. Partner to lead with responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial direction and oversight of multiple departmental units within the revenue cycle. Coordinate with other senior leaders and ensure aligned operational revenue functions and optimization to exceed customer requirements, maximize cash collections, and minimize cost to collect. Key customers will include patients, physicians, payers, vendors, and associates. Hospital will look to you to lead the revenue cycle entities as well as working to appropriately integrate and facilitate best practices and to achieve efficiency that align with company's strategic plan while maintaining quality, compliance and service delivery standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Master’s degree desired
  • Analytical and detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of “Volume to Value” best practices
  • 10 + years of management and consulting experience
  • 5 years revenue cycle management experience
  • Specific knowledge in managing and improving the performance of complex revenue cycle functions across multiple platforms and geographies.
  • Working knowledge of EPIC Hospital and Professional Billing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, and managed care billing and payment practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of managed care rate elements and reimbursement techniques
  • Exhibit a nature and strong executive presence.
  • Advanced understanding of all revenue cycle functions and interrelationships; experienced in budgeting.
  • Strong leadership presence and skills; proven capabilities in building and leading teams.
  • Ability to work with others in a cooperative, collaborative manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong computer/technical skills and knowledge.
