Job Description
POSITION: Director of Case Management
LOCATION: South Central Texas

POSITION PROFILE:
- The Director assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for hospital wide Case Management.
- Responsible for the Case Management Department with a mix of RNs and Social Workers
- Reports to a supportive Chief Financial Officer

REQUIREMENTS:
- RN with Bachelor degree or Masters preferred
- Three years or more years experience with utilization management and discharge planning
- Three years of experience in a Case Management leadership role.
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
