Job Description
This organization is a smal Long Term Care (SNF) skilled nursing facility, Medicare/Medicaid certified. Located between Cincinnati and Dayton, it is a newer facility. State of Art nursing services, personal care, where residents plan daily activities, meals and therapy in private spacious living quarters.
This position will supervise 25-30 full time employees.
The duties of this position are: Responsible for all patient care and related documentation of a 50 bed Long Term Care Facility. Responsible for hiring, training, disciplinary actions for 20 FTEs over 3 shifts. Responsible for survey readiness and quality assurance. Make sure all scheduling is completed by staff and MDS is completed by MDS specialist.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years in Nurse Management in a Skilled Care Long Term Facility.
