Lead major & multiple projects
Develop design concepts
Analyze user needs
Develop, test and troubleshoot software
Communicate project progress frequently & effectively to managers and team members. Works effectively within organization to evaluate project results
Write specifications, flow charts, description of software projects, engineering test reports
Develop work estimates, work breakdown structures and the project work plan
Provide technical contributions on key programs as required
Keep up with the state-of-the-art of technologies to ensure the safety & quality of Fresenius products
Develop products to comply with FDA Design Control Concepts
Provide leadership for software engineers
Other duties as assigned.
B.S./ M.S. degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering/equivalent Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
Experience in development and verification of high quality software products
Ability to interface with customers and marketing to develop and review requirements and plans
Clear understanding of Development and Quality Assurance process
Demonstrated achievements in planning, directing and implementing a project on time, within budget and with desired functionality
Provide technical leadership
Read scientific & technical journals functional reports and legal documents
Write reports, correspondence, presentations & procedure manuals
Comprehend & apply principals of advance math
Apply logical & scientific critical thinking to a wide range of intellectual & practical problems
Develop mathematical algorithms for software implementation
