POSITION: Pharmacy Quality  Clinical Coordinator
LOCATION: Modesto, CA

POSITION SUMMARY
If you are a pharmacist looking to apply your clinical experitise while living in the serenity of wine country, then this is the perfect opportunity! Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Clinical Coordinator performs daily distribution and clinical functions and is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for new staff members and the coordination of department in-service education programs. In addition, this position assists in the development and monitoring of continuous quality assessment and improvement standards, development and implementation of clinical services and coordination of drug usage evaluation and formulary review processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred. Completion of a Pharmacy Residence Program is desirable or must have equivalent experience. 1 to 3 years related work experience
The position requires a valid pharmacist license as provided by the State of California and must be in good standing
