We are looking for a Sr Clinical Manager, Critical Care CVICU. Must have BSN or MSN, Arizona License.
Bring your experience/enthusiasm for patient care and employee management to this outstanding facility in the Valley of the Sun.
A dynamic opportunity to make inroads in staff growth and development as a manager of managers. Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in the operations of CVICU and management of clinical leaders is required.
BSN with progress toward Masters in Nursing is also desired as is ability to develop team work, communicate a vision and above all promote outstanding patient care within the CVICU unit of a 397 bed hospital. Selected candidate will act as DON during her absence. Looking for a positive, energetic Leader.
