DescriptionInterWest Search, has been chosen to assist a 300+ bed not for profit facility located in the Bay Area 20 minutes north of San Jose in its search for a Reimbursement Manager.
The Reimbursement Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate reimbursement from all payor sources; preparing all required governmental reimbursement reporting including cost reports and OSHPD reporting, analyzes data for preparation of monthly contractural allowances.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree required in Business Administration or Finance
5 yrs of hospital related finance experience
Desired 2 yrs of audit experience with a Medicare or Medi-Cal fiscal intermediary
Knowledge of Medicare/Medi-Cal reimbursement principles
Excellent analytical abilities
Knowledge of Exel, Word, Acculog desired
