DescriptionThis is for the Director of Telemetry within one of the Abrazo hospitals in the Phoenix, AZ. region. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of progressive management experience; have had to dieal with budgetary issues, policy issues and have great leadership ability. They will have ongoing accountability for the continuous assessment, improvement, coordination and integration of the department. Must have a BSN in nursing, preferred MSN or MBA. Great critical thinking skills.
New CNO is insisting on MSN or MBA as Mandatory degree level. May be in process for this degree.
