DescriptionThis is a position that is responsible for the management and quality patient care of patients of all ages. Working with the CNO, business manager and physicians, is responsible for the staff of the center. Responsible for ensuring highly satisfied physicians customers and financial and volume performance of the center. Responsible for the selection, recruitment and hiring of employees. Retension and management of staff, mentoring and developing education modles.
Complience with all Reglatory agencies is insured through the Director. The Director will have at least 3-5 years of recent OR experience and 3 years of Management experience. They will pocess a ACLS and BCLS as well as RN license in AZ or be eligible for that license. They will have at least an AS degree in Nursing with BSN preferred.
This is a large, free standing Surgical Center with a high volume. Leadership and mentoring are very much part of the job along with the ability to get along well with the physicians and Board of Directors.
The Center has an excellent reputation that the Director will build on.
