DescriptionCLINICAL MANAGER SURGERY CENTER
FT LAUDERDALE, MIAMI-DADE, FLORIDA AREA
NO MORE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS.
POSITION PROFILE:
- The Manager will have total responsibility over 16 FTEs and all clinical aspects of the ASC
- This surgery center produces an average 500 multiple-specialty procedures each month.
- Offering todays most sophisticated outpatient techniques and advances in surgical monitoring equipment such as the use of lasers and microsurgical methods.
- Work for a reputable World Class Healthcare System that with surgery centers nationwide and unlimited opportunity.
- Reports to a supportive Surgery Center Administrator
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree required (Bachelors preferred). Three years or more of operating room management experience. Must be skilled in communication, quality services, physician relations, patient, and staff satisfaction. Bilingual preferred.
