Description ER Nurse Manager
Experience in Emergency Services as a supervisor or department manager is required. Incumbent will have either a BSN or ADN and demonstrated experience in ER work flow, staff management and motivation as well as financial management, staffing, resource planning, performance evaluation and a solid background in ER operations. Reporting directly to the CNO and managing 20 direct reports, the ER Nurse Manager will work in a collaboration with administration to establish and maintain successful delivery of services from triage to stabilization of patient. Challenges include managing and motivating staff, maintaining and enhancing competencies of staff and developing vision for ER services and initiatives.

Requirements: Incumbent must hold BSN or ADN and have sufficient clinical emergency nursing experience and ER management or supervisory background to assume responsibility for department. Team player is desired with a strong preference for Certified Emergency Nurse credential.
