Join our team as a full-time our Director of CCU (Coronary Care Unit) / ER reporting to the Vice President Patient Care Services. As the Director of CCU, you will have 24 hour responsibility for the unit and be accountable for the nursing management of the CCU/ER unit to assure delivery of quality care for the well being of patients on the unit. As a registered nurse you will serve as a clinical and professional role model and consultant within the CCU/ER nursing unit. Responsibility for maintaining a positive clinical environment to promote cohesiveness within the unit, department, and organization. Actively participates in hospital-wide committees and demonstrates a leadership style that supports and directs staff while fostering participative, autonomous, and achievement-oriented behavior. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of nursing experience with a Bachelors in Nursing and licensed by the Montana State Board of Nurse Examiners. Must be available to work variable hours, nights, days, or weekends as required by staffing needs.
