POSITION LOCATION: Santa Maria, CA
POSITION SUMMARY:
Opportunity to work for an organization that offers a broad range of clinical services, recognizes leadership and talent, and promotes individual growth using a team oriented apprach.
Looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the operational and clinical service lines to include labor and delivery, and mother/baby units. Overall responsibility for 17 L&D beds, and 13 mother/baby beds with 50 FTEs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Five years recent director level experience.
Bachelors degree in nursing required, masters preferred.
Licensed as a registerd nurse in the state of California.
