DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Director of Pharmacy
POSITION LOCATION: Seattle, Washington
POSITION SUMMARY:

Under administrative direction, assesses, plans develops, implements, and evaluates pharmacy services with 24 - hr responsibility for total department management. Controls, monitors, and manages all professional, technical, and financial aspects of department operations. Directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for a hospitals pharmacy services. Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes and promote effective drug therapy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Pharmacy degree or MS Pharmacy or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent experience, MBA desirable but not required or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
